Willing to challange Sanya, the capital of tourism of Hainan, Haikou plans to become the capital of culture with this new urban development featuring a museum for contemporary art, a concert hall, a theater, as well as spaces for offices and retail. The design seeks to integrate all elements elcologically balanced into the lush tropical environment of Hainan making use of the latest green-building technologies.
